I disagree with the statement that says the use of cell phone should be prohibited in public.I have two major reasons for this.The first main reason is that cell phones are used in emergency situations.When there is a person badly hurt or injured, you can call the 911 to tell the situation.The second main reason is that cell phones are very important for one's safety.There could be a murderer in the town and you can get help from others.
